Provider Office Benefits
We have a strong governance structure, with physician leadership reflecting the multiple constituencies of specialty, practice model (independent and employed) and location. Board membership is controlled by a vote of the network physicians. Truly physician led.
We are a group of independent and employed primary care and specialists leveraging multiple clinical areas of expertise. We focus on high quality and well-coordinated care designed around a patient’s needs and desires while also being the most cost-effective at a population level.

Centrally located in West Michigan, our membership includes physicians who have been serving our communities for decades. Partnerships include many local businesses and community support programs such as Kids' Food Basket and the Muskegon Health Project.
